SCO Virtual Offices Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions (“Terms”) carefully before participating in the SCO Virtual Offices Affiliate Program (“Program”). By signing up and participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
 

1. Eligibility

Participants must be at least 18 years old and have a valid PayPal account or ACH account. We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our discretion.
 

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

As an affiliate, you agree to:

  • Promote SCO Virtual Offices in a lawful and ethical manner.

  • Use only approved promotional materials and branding.

  • Avoid false claims, misleading statements, or spam tactics.

  • Not represent yourself as an employee or representative of SCO Virtual Offices.

  • Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in compliance with FTC guidelines.
     

3. Commissions

  • You will earn a commission for each new customer who signs up using your assigned code and completes a qualifying purchase.

  • Commission rates and qualifying services will be outlined upon approval and may be updated with prior notice.

  • Commissions are paid monthly once the referred account has been active for 30 days or another specified period.


4. Payment

  • Payments will be made via PayPal or ACH to the account information provided by you.

  • You are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with payments received.
     

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • Use paid advertising (Google Ads, social media ads) to bid on our brand name or domain.

  • Use misleading redirects or impersonate SCO Virtual Offices.

  • Operate any website or content that promotes hate, violence, illegal activity, or adult content.
    Violation of these rules may result in termination from the Program and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.
     

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause. Affiliates may also cancel participation by notifying us in writing.

7. Changes to Terms

SCO Virtual Offices reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes. Continued participation after changes implies agreement with the revised Terms.
 

8. Limitation of Liability

SCO Virtual Offices is not liable for any damages, losses, or expenses resulting from participation in the Program. We make no guarantees regarding income or performance.
 

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
